I am Alma Cenkuviene – a professional Transformation and Leadership Coach. During the span of my career I have coached clients from more than 40 different national backgrounds – creating a safe space for each of them, where breakthroughs and transformations happen.

Through sincere presence and commitment, passion and energy, together with my playful style, I help professionals transition into an authentic leadership approach. By gaining clarity on their values, vision and purpose, my clients are able to experience success with fulfillment.

I take great joy in guiding my clients along a path that awakens their inner strengths and potential. I find it energizing to work with high achievers who are ready and willing to change and consciously design their lives.

I myself am a life-long learner and personal development has always been on my radar. After obtaining my Master of Management degree and working for many years in the field of Human Resources, I recognised my strength in working with people.

However, a decade later while living in Switzerland, I found my true calling, which is coaching. I was trained in Geneva at one of the most rigorous coaching schools in the industry, the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) where I received the prestigious CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification. I also hold the credential of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from ICF (International Coach Federation).

Several years ago, I obtained team coaching training with Organizational Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) and began working with teams as well.

Apart from my role as professional transformational and leadership coach, I have co-founded, together with a colleague, CONNECTED TEAMS.
